About me.

Welcome! I am a stress researcher who studies how changes in stress exposure matter for young people’s education, health, and wellbeing. Starting in 2026, I will be an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Rochester. I am currently affiliated with the E4 Center as a postdoctoral research fellow. I received my PhD in Human Development and Social Policy from the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University.

My work has been covered in the New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, and in a recent newsletter from the Institute for Policy Research. To learn more about my research, please browse this site, view my google scholar page, and feel free to get in touch!
